Matthew is our Tuba, Trombone, Baritone, Euphonium, French Horn, trumpet, classical singing style, and Broadway mixed vocal instructor!
Matthew comes from Carlisle PA where he studied under Eric Henry and David Yinger. During high school he qualified for all state level ensembles for both his instrumental and vocal music. After high school, he attended Penn State University to study music education and vocal performance in professor Velvet Browns Studio. While at Penn State Matthew performed with the Marching Blue Band, Concert Choir, Symphonic Wind Ensemble, jazz bands, and many other chamber groups. He now works for the Palmerton Area School District as a music teacher and band director.
